Thousands of elk, mule deer, moose, bison and bighorn sheep migrate from higher ground to the valley floor for the long winter. Predators-fox, coyote, wolf and mountain lion follow. Eagles soar above. Swans glide the fog-smoked water. Snow capped peaks, and this amazing concentration of wildlife makes winter the best time to tour Jackson Hole and the Tetons.
Our tour will take you on a search for Bighorn sheep, moose and bison. Our guides will share historical and geological gems. Enjoy lunch at Dornan's in Moose with breathtaking views of the Grand Teton. Take a sleigh ride into the midst of the world's largest elk herd on the National Elk Refuge or be inspired by our finest wildlife artists at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. Bring your camera! There will be plenty of stops for that shot of a lifetime!
